Launching of the Asia Pacific Region 40th Anniversary History BookAs a follow up to the 40th Anniversary celebrations of the Asia Pacific Region in 2009, it was decided that the Asia Pacific Regional Committee will produce a book on the history of the Asia Pacific Region. The project is finally completed and the book “40 years of common purpose in the Asia Pacific Region, World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts” authored by Jan MacIntyre, will be launched at the 11th Asia Pacific Regional Conference happening in Tokyo, Japan from 29 June to 5 July 2013. The launch will take place on 30 June 2013. The book will be sold at USD10.00 per copy at the Conference. Participants buying the book at the Conference will get a chance to get them autographed by Jan MacIntyre, the author of the book who will join us at the Conference. More information here |
