a)

in the areas identified during Partnership Visits

The Asia Pacific Region will cover the air travel fee (if air travel is involved). Member Organizations will cover full board and lodging of the Asia Pacific Resource Pool as a donation.

Reimbursement will be paid for phone calls, faxes and postage.

b)

in the areas requested by Member Organizations in consultation with the Committee Contact Person and AP staff

The Asia Pacific Region and the Member Organizations will divide the cost of the air travel fee. The Member Organization will also cover the full board and lodging of the Asia Pacific Resource Pool as a donation.

We welcome Member Organizations to send in requests to seek support from the Resource Pool. Requests will be considered on case to case basis and depending on the availability and suitability of the Resource Pool and availability of funds on the part of the Region.

We are happy to share with you that Laura Elmido from the Philippines will carry out her first duty as a Resource Pool member this weekend by conducting a Training of Trainers for the Girl Scouts of Taiwan. This was upon mutual agreement by Girl Scouts of Taiwan and the Asia Pacific Region.
